Dec 9th

Thursday was the last day that Paul needed to go to campus for class. He had a mid-term that he had to take. Now he has to study for his final and write one more paper before we have one more class under our belts. We are getting closer and closer each semester...

I wanted to do something low-key and at the house since he wasn't going to be home. We made Muddy Buddies, a family favorite. Yum, yum, yum!

Here is the recipe just in case anyone needs it.

9 cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex®, Wheat Chex® or Chocolate Chex® cereal (or combination)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
