We Didn't Realize it at the Time...

but on October 8th we went to our last BYU football game. We did a mini tailgate with the kids and Paul's dad David. We only made hotdogs since it was faster and cheaper.

This was a night game and we were in the middle of a cold snap. As you can see some snow had recently fallen in the mountains. Burrr!

We love our tailgate set-up. What more do you need in the world ; )

The Grill Master!

I was already freezing cold and the game hadn't even started. I found shelter in the back of our car.

Paul trying on Andrew's crazy cougar hair.

Three generations of Cougar fans.

Emma before the game watching all the players warm up. The kids were trying to get Preston Hadley's attention but it didn't work.

Since David had an extra ticket for this game the kids got to take turns sitting by him in the awesome 50 yard line seats. His seats rock! They were so excited for this opportunity.

In the end BYU won and we didn't actually freeze to death. We just thought we were going to.

We missed one home game while we were at Disneyland. We missed another game last Saturday night. It was freezing cold and it was a late game so we didn't go. This coming Saturday is the last home game and it is suppose to be in the 20's with snow and the game doesn't start until 8:15pm. It would be way after midnight before we got home so I guess we will miss that one too. I know Paul is sad but it was a great year. Until next year...

It really looks like fun even to a non-sports fan. Glad you had fun.
