You betcha!
This time we got polish dogs from Costco and they didn't quite fit in the bun. Oops!
Paul's parents recently received a mission call to serve in Mongolia for 18 months. They will be working as humanitarian specialists. They leave in October and our plan is to have them come over for dinner a few times before they leave.
We said this meal was a belated Mother's Day and Father's Day meal since we weren't around them for either of those holidays. We fed them a fancy meal of hot dogs, baked beans, pineapple, watermelon and Nancy brought a green salad. We then had a chocolate cake made in our dutch oven outside. It wasn't anything gourmet but it was good and we had fun teaching them about banana peppers and J Dawg's sauce. It's always nice for the kids to have one on one time with grandma and grandpa.
